As the premier Agency in the region Kanoo have the privilege of providing Hub Agency services to many of the world’s top Tanker Owners, Operators and Charterers through our regional Operational and Financial Hub systems.

We are able to combine region wide efficiencies in financial transactions and operational standards with the invaluable ‘local port agent’ expertise and influence as all of our locations are operated by both internationally experienced expatriates and expert local personnel.

Operating from 33 locations around the region, 23 owned offices and 10 strategic partners, Kanoo Shipping Agencies handled some 3800 tanker port calls in 2004 and is expect to achieve 4500 in 2005.

We maintain dedicated Senior Business Managers for specific geographic (China, Korea and Developing Markets) and business (Break-bulk Cargo, Tanker and Gas, Liner, Military and Cruise) sectors. These business managers are actively responsible for the day-to-day service delivery and ensure a high level of specialisation which we believe is required by our customers in these important areas.

Kanoo also believe in placing their representatives closer to the customer and have an ongoing programme of strategically placed Managers in China, Germany, Greece, Japan, U.K. and USA. Further regional representatives will be appointed in the short and long term future.
